About Eat Hygiene

Eat Hygiene is an Indian brand presenting The Coffee & Eating House CAFE chain.

Eat Hygiene is the first and one of its kind Coffee and Eating House Cafe in Mumbai. It has been started with a concept to make people aware about the most hygiene place to eat starting from our outlets. We work in collaboration with several individual, experienced and are expanding our reach to provide Mumbai with a safe to hygiene food. We have a set of guidelines which are to be followed by our outlets in order to maintain a clean environment in kitchen and the surrounding vicinity.

Eat Hygiene Procedures

• Wherever food is prepared, our members will guide them about how and why the kitchen
• Cleanliness is important and hygiene can be maintained while doing so.
• From chefs to the waiters, maintenance of personal hygiene will be explained to all.
• Cleanliness of areas where raw materials are stored, water tank in outlet locality, sunlight and use of pest controls in kitchens.
• We make it mandatory that everyone is resourced with apron, hand gloves, caps which are basic essentials to be whom while cooking or serving

Who can participate in Make It Eat Hygiene

• Places like street business selling food i.e; Hawkers (e.g. Tea centre, Beverages etc…)
• Hotels, hostels, canteens in colleges, bakery’s, orphanage, remand homes, canteens in corporate etc, can participate too
• We also reach out to various places to spread awareness about eat hygiene brand and its outlets
• We request all the food lovers to demand for Eat Hygiene “The Coffee and Eating House where ever they eat.”
